Zhejiang Yiwu Haosen International Trade Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we", "us") operates this catalogue at https://toywholesalehub.com. We are registered in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China and act as the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

We keep the amount of data we hold small, because this site is a catalogue and not a shop.

• Enquiry details you give us: company name, contact name, email address, WhatsApp number, destination port and the item numbers you ask about.
• Trade account details: the account name we issue, the password you are given, and the purchase list you build while signed in.
• Technical data that any web server receives: IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request. We use this to keep the site available and to stop abuse.

We do not collect payment card data, because there is no online checkout on this site.

Why we use it

• To prepare quotations and answer enquiries.
• To issue and administer trade accounts, including the 3-day access window.
• To store the purchase list you build so it is still there when you return on another device.
• To keep the catalogue secure and to detect automated scraping.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising networks or retargeting.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use one session cookie after sign-in so that the server recognises your account between page loads, and browser storage to remember the purchase list on your own device. Signing out clears the session cookie.

Who we share it with

We share data only where it is needed to run the catalogue or to answer your enquiry:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Freight forwarders or suppliers, and only the details needed to quote or ship a confirmed order.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

• Trade accounts expire 3 days after they are issued; the account record is kept so the same login is never reissued to another buyer.
• Purchase lists are kept while the account exists and are deleted with it on request.
• Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up an interrupted conversation, then deleted.
• Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to a particular use. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Trade prices sit behind a server-side sign-in, and account passwords are never published. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password for this account that you do not use anywhere else.

Children

This is a business-to-business catalogue. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy
