About these terms

This catalogue is operated by Zhejiang Yiwu Haosen International Trade Co., Ltd.. By using the site, requesting trade access or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the use of the catalogue. An individual sale is governed by the quotation and the proforma invoice issued for that order, which take precedence over these terms if they differ.

Trade buyers only

The catalogue is offered to businesses buying for resale or distribution. It is not a retail shop, and we do not sell single units to consumers. We may ask for a company name and business details before issuing trade access, and we may decline or withdraw access at our discretion.

Prices and quotations

• Trade prices are visible only after sign-in. Prices shown to guests are not displayed at all.
• Prices are quoted per piece in CNY unless a quotation states otherwise, and are exclusive of freight, insurance, duties and taxes unless stated.
• Prices, carton quantities and packaging data may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one in the written quotation we send you, not the one on the page.
• Obvious pricing or data errors do not bind us. If an error is found after you order, we will tell you before proceeding and you may cancel that item.

Minimum order

Every item is sold by the full carton. One carton is the minimum per item number, and partial cartons are not supplied. Carton quantities, dimensions, volume and weight are listed on each item page and are taken from the supplier's packing data.

Orders and acceptance

There is no online checkout. An order is placed by sending your list through WhatsApp or email, and it becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and issue a proforma invoice. Until then, either side may walk away.

Mixed cartons, assortment changes and private-label requests are quoted case by case and may carry a different minimum.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed in the proforma invoice for each order. We do not take card payments through this website and we never ask for card details by email or chat.

Shipping, risk and title

• Shipping terms follow the Incoterm stated in the quotation.
• Lead time is counted from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of artwork or assortment, and is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
• Risk passes as stated in the agreed Incoterm. Title passes when the order is paid in full.
• Any claim for shortage or damage must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the cartons and the packing list.

Product descriptions and images

Photographs, dimensions and packing data are supplied to help you choose. Colours may vary between production runs and screens, and packaging may be updated by the factory without notice. Where a detail matters to your market, ask for a sample or a written confirmation before ordering.

Compliance documents such as EN71, ASTM, CE or 3C test reports are available on request and are not published on the site. They apply to the item and the test date stated on the report.

Intellectual property

The catalogue structure, text and photography on this site belong to Zhejiang Yiwu Haosen International Trade Co., Ltd. or its suppliers. You may use the item data and images to prepare your own purchase decision and to resell goods you have bought from us. You may not scrape the catalogue, republish it as your own or resell access to it.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match the confirmed order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of market or indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the quotation for a specific order states otherwise.
